We had an amazing experience at Garh Jaisal Haveli in Jaisalmer. The historical building was stunning, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the staff provided impeccable hospitality. The view from both the room windows and the rooftop restaurant was breathtaking. The owner was incredibly nice and generous. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This hotel is situated right in the fort, offering a traditional experience with all the modern amenities you need. The rooms are beautifully decorated with colorful fabrics and exquisite furniture, providing a nice view of the fort's edge. The breakfast served here is simply amazing, especially the pancakes which are a real treat. Additionally, the staff is friendly and the service provided is top-notch.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect.

Hotel Garh Jaisal Haveli is located in the ancient fort that overlooks the city, providing stunning views. The rooms are beautifully decorated, each with its own unique charm. The staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The rooftop is a delightful spot to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The hotel also offers excellent service, arranging transportation and camel treks for guests.

The next door restaurant from where they bring food to order is not that good nor authentic local cuisine.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel in Jaisalmer and had a few good experiences. I got a surprise complementary welcome drink on arrival, which was very thoughtful. the hotel's location was great as it was very close to a popular tourist site that I wanted to visit. The room service was also quite prompt which was a plus.

There were some things that lowered my experience. My room was quite cold and the blanket provided was not warm enough which made it difficult to sleep comfortably during winters.
