We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the staff cleaning our rooms every day. The hotel facilities, especially the pool, were excellent and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with the beach only a 15-minute walk away and the charming village of Kefalos nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and helpful, assisting us with car rental and organizing a trip to the volcanic island of Nisyros. We also enjoyed the amazing view from both our rooms and the hotel balcony. The breakfast was good, although we would have liked to see a bit more variety. Special mention goes to Spiro, the very cheerful receptionist, who always remembered our drink preferences and recommended the Memory Bar along the seafront and the beautiful Paradise Beach in this city of Kos.

I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at Hermes. The room was cozy and clean, with a stunning view of Kastri Island and the bay. The hotel's location in the quiet and relaxing village of Kefalos was perfect. The staff treated me like family and their warm and kind welcome made my first visit to Greece unforgettable.
