levels exceeded our expectations during our honeymoon trip to unawatuna. the staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. we were blown away by the stunning view and the large swimming pool. it was the perfect end to our trip with our children.

Better parking facilities would be a plus.

We got great value for our money with a free upgrade to a deluxe room and amazing Ibiza vibes by the pool. The location was perfect, just a short walk to two beautiful beaches. The staff treated us like family, with the owner even taking the time to chat with us and ensure our stay was perfect.

The breakfast experience could have been better with a wider variety of options.

I had the most refreshing and relaxing stay at a beautiful space. The hotel staff were super friendly and made me feel well looked after. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. The food, although limited with a week-long stay, was great and they even made me custom dishes not on the menu. The hotel had a stunning pool with fantastic views and the breakfast choices were fantastic.

The hotel provided us with a luxurious and private getaway experience. the exclusive amenities, like the spa centre and outdoor swimming pool, were a highlight of our stay. the massage and full body treatments were excellent and left us feeling pampered and relaxed. the beach access was also a plus, offering a picturesque and secluded spot for sunsets and walks. the room advantages were impressive, with a comfortable bed and a private terrace. the delicious breakfasts and packed lunches were perfect for our day trips.

The hotel was great, located near a stunning beach and with an amazing view of the coast. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help with everything we needed, even delivering breakfast to our room after the end of serving hours. the pool area was lovely and relaxing, and the room was huge and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and excellent facilities.

The layout of the hotel was a bit compact, with narrow passageways and too many steps, which made it hard to move around with luggage. despite having booked and paid for a private balcony, we didn't get one and instead had to deal with a public thoroughfare.

We got great value for our money at Levels. The room was super comfy with a huge bathroom and a lovely pool view. The location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and just a short walk to a beautiful beach. The staff treated us like royalty, always friendly and smiling.

The only thing that could make breakfast better would be more variety in the breakfast items.
