The location was amazing with stunning views. The staff, especially Guiannis and Harrys, were excellent and friendly. The bar staff were kind and friendly as well. The rooms were functional and the hotel had a nice pool area. The food was fresh with a variety of options. Highly recommend for a nice holiday.

I recently stayed at Horizon Beach for a relaxing holiday in Crete. The staff, including Popi, Nicoleta, and Vasili, were always friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. They even provided us with a drink and crackers for our trip. Our room had a beautiful sea view, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Teo, our server, was patient and always had a smile. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle to the airport and free wifi. The water park with slides and the pool with small slides were a hit with both kids and adults. a very pleasant experience.

The beach was just a short walk away and had crystal-clear water. Also, the hotel was close to the city center, making it easy to explore the area. Best of all, we loved having the option of eating at the hotel or choosing from the variety of local restaurants nearby.

The overall experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The room was outdated and had a strange odor. The staff seemed uninterested and not willing to help us with any requests. Additionally, the drinks included in the package were undrinkable, and we had to pay extra for decent ones. the hotel didn't live up to our expectations, and we would not recommend staying there.
