Review: Looking for a comfortable stay while backpacking, then this hotel is an excellent choice. The location is great and provides easy access to the harbour, beaches and central lively town "square". The rooms are well-equipped with useful facilities and the staff is extremely helpful. The stylish modern interiors provide a relaxing ambiance. However, the only downside is the poor maintenance of the interiors which needs improvement.

Convenient location with easy access to attractions and nearby parking. Comfortable double bed, well-decorated room with a balcony overlooking Heraklion Port. Convenience stores nearby. Excellent buffet breakfast, helpful staff, and efficient front desk. Special requests for rental car and airport transfer were quickly arranged.

During our stay at Infinity City Boutique, we were delighted with the spacious room and its modern design. The hotel's location near the marina and old fort walls made it easy for us to explore the city. We especially appreciated the helpful reception staff who were always ready to assist us with any requests or problems we had. Additionally, the nearby Restaurant Veneto provided us with delicious food and stunning views. I will recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent service.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the city center but still in a quiet area. It is also near everything in the city, making it convenient for exploring. the room's storage facilities were well thought out, providing ample space for storing belongings.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a fantastic location. Just a 15-minute ride from the airport, it is conveniently situated in the center of Heraklion, within walking distance from the pedestrian shopping area. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities required, including a sofa bed. The views of the port Heraklion from some rooms are simply breathtaking. The staff at this hotel are incredibly attentive and offer excellent service, going above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is a highlight, with a wide variety of options, including healthy choices, served to suit every taste.

The breakfast at Infinity City Boutique was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I loved the fresh fruit, the selection of cereals, and the tasty omelets. They even had soy milk for my coffee, which was a nice touch. the breakfast was a highlight of my stay.

The staff, especially Stefan and Cristina, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The Junior Suite we stayed in had great views of the port, a big room, and a quiet location in the "old town" of Heraklion. The hotel had a fantastic restaurant next door and was surrounded by cafes, a mini market, and an ATM for convenience. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
