The staff, especially Manpreet, went above and beyond to help us when we had car trouble, providing assistance with logistics and accommodations. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the rooms were clean, equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. the staff made us feel like part of the family and the local experience was truly exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Nottola for five days. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the view from the villa was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner served at the restaurant were delicious, and we especially enjoyed the wine tasting with our dinner. The pool surrounded by olive trees provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. it was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

noisy location

We had an incredible experience at this working winery. Alfredo, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He provided helpful recommendations for places to visit and things to do every morning. the property itself is stunning, and the rooms are beautiful. the attached restaurant served fantastic and affordable meals. We also had a cooking lesson with Cristiano and his staff, which was a highlight of our stay. the scenery in the area is breathtaking, especially in Montepulciano and Pienza. We would definitely love to come back.

The Wi-Fi signal was limited to the reception area, making it difficult to use in the rooms. the beds were lumpy and could use replacement.

We had a romantic escape at this hotel and there were a couple of things that we really liked. the view from our room was breathtaking. the staff were incredibly helpful. They provided us with useful information about nearby attractions and even helped us plan our day trips. the hotel was conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area.

the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. We noticed that the linens were a bit dirty and the room was quite dusty.

We got great value for our money and the room was spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the staff at the villa were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
