We had an amazing time at this hotel. the views of the caldera were breathtaking and the staff at Keti were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even provided a luggage transport service which made our stay so much easier. the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be returning to this hotel for another unforgettable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the main town of Thira and right next to the big church. Situated in the hills, the hotel offered breathtaking views of the surroundings. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the helpfulness of the staff.

The hotel offers a luggage carrying service and can arrange taxis, which is especially helpful for guests with disabilities. The rooms were clean and spacious, with balconies providing the best view of the Fira sunset. The hotel is conveniently located near the central road of Thira, but still manages to maintain a peaceful ambiance without being disturbed by noise from nearby bars. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service.

There was a small issue with the shower in our room, as there was no shower curtain which resulted in water splashing onto the floor. However, this didn't overshadow the overall enjoyable experience at the hotel.

The hotel boasts of great amenities for its value. We were pleasantly surprised by the free breakfast every morning and the helpful staff who arranged transportation and helped us with our baggage. the location was spot on for us, with easy access to the town and fantastic views from our room. the spacious room and comfortable bed were a plus.

Although the view was fantastic, the steps leading to the hotel were steep and a workout to climb every day. the shower was poorly designed with no curtain, which caused a flood in the bathroom.

The location and view from the property were amazing! Staff were very helpful and gave us lots of information on how to get around the island. The room was very comfy and had two balconies available to us, one of them being private.

One of the negatives was the lack of a private balcony or terrace. While some rooms did have private balconies, others had to use a shared terrace for breakfast.

The Keti Hotel in Fira, Santorini, exceeded our expectations in every way. The beautiful cave suite provided spacious accommodations and stunning sunset views from two balconies. The staff went above and beyond, offering caring and courteous service. The minimal amount of guests created a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. The jacuzzi-sized pool and well-appointed sitting area added to the overall experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
