The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the bustling city center of Casablanca. It was within walking distance to the new medina in Habbous, where we enjoyed getting lost in the vibrant markets. The terrace offered a lovely spot to unwind after a long day of sightseeing, even though the weather didn't cooperate. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were a bit overpriced compared to other local eateries.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-equipped, providing a pleasant stay. The staff, especially Mrs. Fatema Zahra at the reception, showed excellent professionalism and quick response to any issues. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient for both business and leisure purposes. The breakfast offered excellent food options, making it a satisfying start to the day.

The majority of the staff spoke primarily in French, which could be a drawback for non-French-speaking guests. The staff at the restaurant lacked proper training, resulting in subpar service.

We loved the location of this hotel, set on a bustling shopping street but isolated from the noise of the street. We were able to find plenty of great dining and entertainment options nearby, including the Irish pub. The service here was excellent, from the attentive room service to the efficient dry cleaning. Our rooms were always impeccably clean and the 24-hour room service made our stay especially comfortable.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay with no complaints.

I recently stayed at Onomo Hotel for a long stay and it exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with new bedding and excellent facilities. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Soufiane and Hosseine in the restaurant, provided friendly and helpful service. The chambermaid, Fatima Zahra, did a wonderful job keeping our room tidy. Henri at the reception was also very welcoming and even showed me the way to the parking area. The hotel had a great exercise room and the wifi was reliable. everything was perfect and I want to thank all the staff, including Meriem, Othmane, Saida, Djebi, Abdelmajid.

I would recommend this hotel.
