aktis art has an amazing location right on the beach and just a short walk from local attractions. the sea view room was spacious, clean, and delivered breathtaking views of the aegean. the breakfast was incredible, offering a wide range of local delicacies. the night manager was especially helpful, ensuring I was comfortable after an odd noise issue from the next room.

stunning views and fabulous breakfast

Waking up to the sights and sounds of the Aegean was pure bliss! The breakfast spread was exceptional, with plenty of local and international options to kickstart a day of exploring.

While the overall experience was charming, I noticed the limited number of sunbeds by the sea—less than twenty for the guests felt a bit cramped at times. Additionally, a walk-in shower option would be appreciated for easier access.

Awesome seaside vibes in Kos 🌊

Waking up to the sound of the waves was pure bliss! Brekkie by the sea was lekker, especially with all the fresh fruits on offer. Great service from the chommies at the restaurant, too.

Only downside was the noise from the bar below at night—couldn't really enjoy the balcony vibe.

Perfect seaside getaway!

Just returned from a lovely stay. The room was super spacious with a huge balcony that made mornings amazing. The daily cleaning was on point. Tried the snack bar once, and the food was delish! The only thing was the noise from nearby bars at night. Still, waking up to that view was worth it!

We stayed in a sea view room, which was spacious and clean. The location is perfect, right on the beachfront and super close to the city center. The breakfast had great options too. We enjoyed swimming and even took a day trip to explore the ancient ruins – a must-do! Don’t miss out on the half-board food. it’s delicious!

My only disappointment was the hot food on the breakfast buffet, not much choice and didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the menu. Just a little something to note, but overall we had a great time!
