kos aktis art hotel is a gem in kos island. the location is perfect, with stunning views and convenient access to restaurants and the old town. the staff is friendly and the breakfast on the terrace is delicious. highly recommend and would definitely return.

I stayed in a junior suite at the hotel and it was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. I was impressed by the quality of the room, as it was soundproof and had blackout blinds. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to arranging a car rental for us. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the hotel's location was perfect - we were able to walk from the port with our luggage and also to the old part of town. It was great to be just a little bit away from the touristy areas, as it made for a peaceful stay. I would definitely choose to stay at Kos Aktis Art Hotel again!

The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options to start our day off right. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay truly enjoyable.

During our first stay in Kos, we were unsure of what to expect due to the unpredictable times, but the Kos Aktis Art Hotel exceeded our expectations. The sea view from our room was exceptional, providing a stunning backdrop throughout our entire stay. We loved the extensive breakfast options served outside, with safety measures in place to ensure everyone could enjoy the sea views. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were always polite, professional, and helpful. The high-quality amenities in our room, such as the comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom, added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel's location was also perfect, with sandy beaches just a short walk away and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, including the hotel's own H2O restaurant.

The only drawback we encountered was the issue of smoking during breakfast. While the hotel has a large outside area for dining, it would have been appreciated if there was a designated area for smokers that would not affect non-smokers.

Had a lovely Xmas break at a hotel overlooking the sea. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and the historical center was just a five-minute walk away. The panoramic views of the water from the room created a feeling of relaxation and calm. The daily breakfast offered a diverse and delicious range of options. , the free Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel was helpful.

The noise level at night was a bit too high, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was unimpressive and sounded loud and windy at times, but it was not addressed adequately by the technician.
