kos aktis art hotel is a gem in kos island. the location is perfect, with stunning views and convenient access to restaurants and the old town. the staff is friendly and the breakfast on the terrace is delicious. highly recommend and would definitely return.

I stayed in a junior suite at the hotel and it was absolutely amazing. the room was spacious and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. I was impressed by the quality of the room, as it was soundproof and had blackout blinds. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to arranging a car rental for us. the breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the hotel's location was perfect - we were able to walk from the port with our luggage and also to the old part of town. It was great to be just a little bit away from the touristy areas, as it made for a peaceful stay. I would definitely choose to stay at Kos Aktis Art Hotel again!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right beside the sea in the best area of the city. The view from our room was breathtaking, with clear waters stretching all the way to Turkey. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us in excellent English. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a lovely bathroom. We loved falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options to start our day off right. the service and amenities provided enhanced our comfort and made our stay truly enjoyable.

We would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The hotel's location was also perfect, with sandy beaches just a short walk away and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, including the hotel's own H2O restaurant.

Had a lovely Xmas break at a hotel overlooking the sea. the location was great for exploring the surrounding area and the historical center was just a five-minute walk away. the panoramic views of the water from the room created a feeling of relaxation and calm. the daily breakfast offered a diverse and delicious range of options. the free Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel was helpful.

The noise level at night was a bit too high, making it difficult to sleep. the air conditioning was unimpressive and sounded loud and windy at times, but it was not addressed adequately by the technician.

I loved waking up to the sound of waves and the beautiful sunrise. the balcony was great for enjoying the view and the comfortable mattresses ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel also provided a coffee and tea making facility, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. the breakfast buffet served on the terrace with a sea view was delicious, especially the coffee. the staff, especially Raphaela, were friendly and accommodating. a fantastic experience at Kos Aktis Art.
