I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The location is perfect, nice and quiet, raised above the hustle and bustle. It's just a quick walk into the center of things. The hotel is in a prime position, away from the crowds during the day, so it's lovely and quiet. But it's literally a 5-minute walk into the main area for wonderful shopping and restaurants. The view from the terrace is unbelievable, overlooking the town, caldera, and volcano. It's breathtaking!

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It's worth every penny.

We had an absolutely stunning stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff here were beyond amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They surprised us with personal touches like music and candlelight in our room upon arrival, and even provided a cell phone for us to contact them if needed. The location of this place is fantastic, right in the heart of everything. We were so close to the cable car and could easily explore the center of Thira. The view from our room and the terrace was absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a great variety of fresh options to choose from.

This hotel is the perfect choice for families as well.

We recently spent New Year at a hotel in Santorini and had a great time. The service was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us during our stay. They even provided a complimentary bottle of wine and a bowl of fresh fruit upon our arrival. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, offering stunning views of the sea. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the outdoor lounge area. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

There were a few downsides to our stay. we were disappointed to find out that the pool was not in use during our visit.

It was dark and outdated, with moldy and damp conditions. The lack of curtains in the living room was inconvenient and provided no privacy.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the bay, providing breathtaking views of the caldera. It is just on the edge of the main bustle of the town, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, arranging transportation and boat tours for guests. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed outside on the terrace, allowing guests to start their day with a stunning view.

One negative aspect is that the hot tub in the Master Suite was not warm enough to be used, despite multiple attempts by staff to fix the issue.
