The location was excellent, close to the bus station, city center, and old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning and refrigerator were working perfectly. Big balcony was very useful. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Free coffee and water in the mornings.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town and the bustling harbor with its numerous restaurants. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room I stayed in was upgraded to a spacious and beautifully furnished one on the third floor, complete with a huge bed. The hotel also provided essential amenities like towels, toiletries, and a working air-conditioning unit. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the bus station, making transportation around the city a breeze.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, especially considering the great location near the Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a spacious balcony. The staff at Lefka Ori were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One small improvement that could be made is to offer a breakfast option.
