Nothing not to love

Loved relaxing at the rooftop pool and soaking up the sun! The spa offered an amazing full body massage that helped me unwind completely after a busy day. Just a heads-up, the room felt a bit snug for all our luggage, but it didn't ruin my stay. ☀️

Noise disturbances from rooftop parties definitely ruined the chance for a quiet night!!! The small room size made navigating my luggage a hassle!!! Poor shower design led to flooding, making it uncomfortable!!!

Despite my excitement for the rooftop pool, the noise from the party on the weekend ruined my entire experience. We received a notice only a week before our stay, so we couldn’t alter our plans. The staff's indifference toward our complaints, offering us an alternative room that was equally loud, was incredibly frustrating. A heads-up on the nature of the party would have been appreciated, especially since we had a toddler with us. This was not the relaxing getaway we hoped for.

The stay was marked by a delightful surprise with a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of wine and champagne awaiting us, which set a lovely tone. The breakfast was exceptional, featuring an incredible selection that included delicious muesli. The staff were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience, especially at the front desk. The rooms were cozy, if a bit on the smaller side, yet tastefully designed, making them feel more spacious than they were.

The Savvy Room with Balcony offered a stunning city view, and the cleanliness was impeccable with fresh bed linens and towels daily. Breakfast featured a delightful spread, including excellent sandwiches, while the rooftop pool provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. However, the room felt a bit cramped for our luggage, and the noise from outside disrupted our sleep at times. Still, the outstanding service from the staff made the visit memorable.
