The hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the center of town, making it easy to explore the charming streets and shops. The suite we stayed in was spacious and had a stunning view of the lake from the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of trekking. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.

There was a lack of assistance with our luggage when we requested a room change.

The hotel also offered a private parking area which was very convenient. The outdoor pool and sun beds were a great addition, and the free WiFi in the room was reliable. Had a good new year's celebration there - fireworks were fantastic and the hotel offered complimentary champagne. the indoor pool was clean and had a nice atmosphere. the breakfast had a nice variety of food and everything tasted great.

Room was quite small and cramped. the staff was not very helpful - they seemed uninterested in helping us with our questions.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities that exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre, Indoor swimming pool, Sauna, and Massage services provided were top-notch and perfect for a relaxing weekend. the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited options for special dietary menus in the restaurant. the food selection was broad and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the nice swimming pool and pool bar, which offered a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. The location was perfect, as it was just a short distance from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. Additionally, the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the skilled masseuse who gave us the most relaxing massage we've ever experienced.
