Located in a convenient area, close to various amenities and transport links. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in and overall experience pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were some noise disturbances during the night, which affected the overall sleep quality. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were stains on the walls and window sills.

I had a great stay at a charming hotel in Basingstoke. The location was excellent, right in the town centre, making it convenient for meeting up with friends and family. The parking was also a plus, as it can be a hassle in other hotels. The food was delicious and good value, especially the Sunday carvery. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, with a super comfy bed. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I had a great time staying at this hotel in the center of town. The room was spacious and the price was very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The staff were helpful and the basic amenities were all there. I will definitely be using this hotel again in the future for our nights out.

The only thing I think could be improved was the temperature in the room. It was a bit too hot, especially since I was on the third floor with only a small window.
