Ideal location for beach and bars/restaurants, spotless rooms with fantastic aircon, friendly bar staff, reasonably priced drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and within walking distance of bars and restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a bar downstairs where I enjoyed some delicious cocktails. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, keeping the bar open late to cater to our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with daily cleaning services. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and staff were the best aspects of my stay.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, tidy, and had exceptional views of the beach. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the main road for bars and restaurants, as well as a quick five-minute walk to the beach. The staff, especially Nigel from the Ocean bar, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The drinks at the Ocean bar were reasonably priced and delicious. a great holiday with great memories thanks to the wonderful staff and stunning location.

For breakfast option, it would be great if there were more variety in the crockery, cutlery, and utensils provided in the kitchen. A small improvement in this area would enhance the breakfast experience.

The friendly owners at Marietta Boutique Apts made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach and the main town area with its bars, cafes, and supermarkets. The studio we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with two balconies offering either a quiet street view or a sea view. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. Jordan, one of the owners, was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Tsilivi beach. The fact that it is so close to the beach was a major plus for me as I love spending time by the sea. The hotel also had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay, including clean and well-equipped rooms. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

just got back from a fantastic stay in tsilivi, zakynthos. marietta boutique was even better than last time! perfect location near the beach and shops, clean studios with regular towel changes, and a great pool. loved the road train to zante town too. highly recommend!

the location of the Marietta Apts. was outstanding, just 60 meters from the nicest beach. the area was quiet, yet still close to stores and good restaurants. the studios were impeccably clean and very well equipped with comfortable beds, good A/C, and wifi. the friendly cleaning staff came every day to change towels. Across the street, there was a nice pool that was never overcrowded. the owners of the apartments went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, showcasing the real Greek atmosphere and hospitality. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with my studio being kept very clean and fresh towels provided regularly. The hotel facilities were great, with a pool and an onsite cafe/bar that provided good entertainment. The location was perfect, as it was literally right by the beach and only a few minutes' walk to the main strip with bars, cafes, and supermarkets. The close proximity to Tsilivi beach was a major advantage.
