Very hospitable manager and staff. Comfy, clean apartment with excellent breakfast. Great location near bars, shops, and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Hotel pool with available sunbeds.

We had a wonderful stay at a family-run hotel on Crete. The location was perfect, with beautiful beaches within walking distance and easy access to restaurants and transportation. Our room was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. our experience was fantastic and we were lucky to have had a car to explore the island.

The WiFi signal in the rooms was weak.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of accommodation and service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and modern, with super comfortable mattresses for a great night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent. It offered a wide variety of local delicacies and had many options to choose from. The owner even made a delicious espresso macchiato for me every morning from their coffee machine. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel. the location was perfect for us, as we were attending a wedding nearby. It was just a short walk to the beach, shops, cafes, and bars. the pool was fantastic, with its Roman steps, and we enjoyed taking a refreshing dip. Parking was convenient right outside the hotel. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom had been newly renovated. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Mary Hotel & Mary Royal Suites exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Platanes. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The rooms were spacious and well-fitted with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious variety of homemade dishes and the espresso machiatto made by the owner was the best!

We had a fantastic stay at Mary Hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Angel and Constantinos. They provided great advice and recommendations for day trips, and Angel even saved the day when I forgot my contact lens solution. The hotel had a lovely pool and was conveniently located near a bus stop and the beach. We enjoyed our time in Crete and would highly recommend Mary Hotel for a pleasant stay.

Nothing not to like.

We spent Easter holidays at this hotel and enjoyed the Easter festivities organized by the staff. the location was great, just a short walk from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was one of the best that we have ever tasted in a hotel, with fresh fruit, pastries and eggs made to order. the view from the balcony was stunning and relaxing.

The room was not well maintained. the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky, the air conditioning was not working properly, and the bathroom was small and not very clean.
