the pool with a waterslide was a big hit for him, and even the "standard" room had a balcony with river views. the location was perfect, right next to the beach, and it was only a 10-minute drive to John Flynn Hospital, where we were visiting our new grandson. the lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful, especially on Christmas morning. the included buffet breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. it was good value for money and perfect for our needs.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right by the beach and close to cafes and restaurants. The room amenities were great, especially the comfortable bed and the well-equipped bathroom.- The staff were lovely and very accommodating, always ready to help with any requests.

The hotel rooms were in dire need of renewal, with rust showing on the door frames and the bathroom mirror showing signs of wear. There was a noticeable damp smell, especially on the higher floors.

Great budget option! the price was amazing for what we got. We enjoyed the two complementary drinks upon arrival and the location was perfect - walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful, which made our romantic escape all the better.

We wish the hotel had been a bit more up-to-date. the building was pretty old and it showed.

The staff were efficient and mostly friendly, attending to our needs even after we had checked out. this place was absolutely perfect for a beach getaway.

We enjoyed our recent stay at a beachside resort with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely views. The kids had a great time in the pool area, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The breakfast buffet was tasty, and we appreciated the complimentary hand cream. we had a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The room we stayed in was old and uncomfortable, with a bathroom that needed a lot of work. The balconies furniture was old, weathered, cheap, and uncomfortable.

The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had outdoor seating with staff accommodating our request with a smile.

I had a great time staying at Greenmount Beach House! The location was perfect, right across from the beach and with a pool and spa on-site, it was so convenient. The breakfast provided was a fantastic way to start the day and saved us money as a family. The tropical feel of the lifts and foyer added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The room itself was comfortable with a super comfy king bed. I loved the mix of old and new decor in the bathroom, it gave a unique vibe. The price was affordable and it was centrally located to all the attractions. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.
