We had an amazing experience at the resort! the staff at Leonardo Kolymbia Resort went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. From the friendly reception staff to the attentive room attendants, everyone made us feel welcome. the hotel was meticulously clean, both in the rooms and in the pool area. the food at the buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options that were always freshly prepared. We also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, with music playing and evening animation. the cocktails were top-notch too. we had a wonderful time at the resort.

The room I initially booked was outdated and had issues with the air conditioning. However, the staff, especially Irene from the front desk, promptly resolved the issue and provided us with a better room. The renovated facilities and comfortable spaces around the pool made our family vacation enjoyable. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options. The staff was welcoming and not pushy, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend this hotel for a great holiday experience.

We got great value for our money at Leonardo Kolymbia Resort. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect, close to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. The staff treated us with such kindness and made us feel very welcome.

The hotel is ideally located near the beautiful Mediterranean sea, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach and shops. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist you. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. the hotel boasts a large pool and entertaining facilities for both children and adults.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and top-notch service. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were immaculate, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available for all guests. the spa was a highlight, offering a full body massage that left me feeling completely relaxed. I also appreciated the private facilities available exclusively to hotel guests.

The lack of entertainment options, with no karaoke or live DJ as advertised. this was a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the hotel.

Our Christmas holiday offered great weather and a comfortable stay in a well-located hotel with friendly staff. the spacious rooms had comfortable beds and were kept clean, while the pool area was also pleasant to relax in. We particularly enjoyed the beach being a short walk away and free sun bed use for hotel guests.

While the hotel had its advantages, the food was a letdown with lukewarm and repetitive options. This meant we had to venture out for a hot meal.

Great service and special birthday surprises. Upgraded to swim-up room. Good all-inclusive drinks and food selection. Friendly reception. Good location for day trips.
