The database provided excellent search functionality, making it easy to find exactly what I needed. the room with a spa bath was a luxurious touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. the separate twin bedroom was also great for accommodating our needs as a group.

The database interface was a bit outdated and could use some modernization for a smoother user experience.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, even with our late arrival. The room was spacious and clean, with great amenities and a convenient location near town. The only minor cons were a musty smell initially and a noisy extractor fan in the ensuite. a fantastic experience!.

Chose this hotel for a team retreat due to its proximity to an excellent local museum showcasing Maori culture and Taupo history. Enjoyed the clean rooms, comfy beds, and helpful staff during our stay.

Nothing, no complaints at all

We had a fabulous stay at this motel! The owners were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even let us borrow their mobile phone in case of emergencies while hiking. The room was modern and clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The shower had amazing water pressure and there was a fan in the wardrobe to keep us cool. The motel offered free parking and it was an easy walk into town.

One minor downside was the lack of a sink plug initially, but the staff promptly provided one when we asked.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the level of customer service at this motel. the friendly staff provided us with complimentary drinks upon arrival and even helped us plan our day trips with great recommendations. the location was perfect and we enjoyed the easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. What we loved most was the clean and modern room equipped with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

One downside we noticed during our stay was the limited space for outdoor seating. the parking area was situated slightly higher than the ground-level rooms, which meant all we could see was cars from our bench.

We stayed at Bella Vista for one night as we passed through Taupō with our young daughter. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The motel is conveniently located near shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the town. Although the room didn't have air conditioning, there was a fan provided. The staff were friendly and accommodating. we had a great stay at Bella Vista and would highly recommend it.
