We had a fantastic weekend at this hotel. the service was amazing, and the staff were incredibly accommodating, always with a smile on their faces. the food was some of the best we have ever had, with a great selection of cuisines and dishes to choose from. the location was perfect, with the beach only a short walk away and plenty of amenities nearby. the hotel's facilities were also top-notch, like the spa and swimming pools.

While the service and food were outstanding, the rooms were just average, lacking any special touches or luxurious amenities. the Wi-Fi was also quite poor, making it difficult to connect and stay connected to the internet.

Great location, helpful personnel, amazing view, relaxing atmosphere, accommodating for solo travelers.

The hotel is ideally located right on a sandy beachfront, providing a serene and picturesque setting for guests to relax and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. With its prime location, guests can easily access the hotel's section of sandy beach and indulge in the beauty of Farilaki beach. Another highlight is the Greek restaurant, offering a delightful variety of authentic Greek cuisine that leaves a lasting impression.

The staff at Mitsis went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One particular employee, Olita, was exceptional. She made sure we had sunbeds by the pool and checked on us regularly with a smile. The animation team also deserves praise for keeping the kids entertained with fun activities throughout the day. The beach was great, and the shallow sea was perfect for the little ones. The snack bar serving ice cream and waffles quickly became a daily ritual for our family. we had a wonderful stay and would recommend Mitsis to other families.

This hotel is a luxurious haven for those in search of exclusive amenities. the service is outstanding, making guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. the Spa & Wellness Centre is a must-visit, with a range of treatments to choose from and a serene environment. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi are perfect for relaxation, as is the beach access. the live entertainment and karaoke are perfect for those looking for some fun, and the sun terrace and garden area provide a peaceful retreat.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, making it difficult to find shade on sunny days. this was a small concern in the grand scheme of things.

Staff friendly, George, Solon, and İnci helpful. Great facilities, nightly animations, perfect beachfront location near supermarkets and city. Everything was perfect, no complaints. Will return.

We especially loved the a la carte restaurants in the evenings, where the service was excellent. cleanliness, transportation, and the hotel's location in this city were all outstanding.
