I recently stayed at Mitsis for a week-long beach vacation. The resort offers direct beach access with comfortable sun beds and a beach bar that serves drinks and snacks right to your spot. The evening entertainment was enjoyable for the whole family, and the staff even got the audience dancing! The buffet had a delicious variety of international dishes for all meals, ensuring that no one left hungry. The resort is conveniently located just a few kilometers from the main city center, making it easy to explore Kos Town by bike or bus. an amazing stay with clean rooms, great facilities, and helpful staff.

Spent Christmas at a 5-star hotel on the beach with excellent service. the holiday lights and decor made us feel right at home. the beach was not crowded and we could enjoy it privately. Great selection of food and drink available. Perfect location for anyone who loves water activities.

The outdated decor and furniture in the room was less than satisfactory. the gym equipment was older than what we typically see at a 5-star hotel.

The hotel's options for food were abundant and available 24/7, with delicious Italian cuisine and beachside treats like ice cream. The rooms were spacious, comfortably furnished, and cleaned twice a day. The beautiful beach had large beds for relaxation and affordable massages. The friendly and helpful staff took care of all needs promptly.

We had an incredibly luxurious vacation experience at this hotel. the staff were attentive and friendly, fulfilling all of our exclusive amenity needs, including exceptional facial treatments at the Spa & wellness centre. the Swimming pools, Jacuzzi and sun terrace were all stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation experience. We were impressed with the variety and quality of food at the poolside snack bar and dinner options, especially the Special diet menus. the location was perfect, right on the beachfront, with easy access to bike and car rentals to explore the nearby area.

Although our overall experience was exceptional, there was one minor issue. We noticed there wasn't a smaller pool for young kids that is shallow, which could be a disadvantage for some families.

The location of Mitsis was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and plenty of sunbeds available. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the arrival and reception process, which was smooth and efficient. we had a great stay at Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean with beautiful grounds and an excellent albeit stony beach. The staff are always polite and helpful, providing cold drinks and towels upon arrival. The rooms are nice and clean, with a fridge that is re-stocked every two days. The restaurant has a great selection of food, with separate sections for Italian and Chinese cuisine. The evening entertainment is enjoyable, with a kids mini disco and main shows. The pools are refreshing, especially the one by our room.

The hotel could improve on having extra staff serving drinks during busy periods.
