The location and cleanliness were excellent. The decor and use of marble were unique and grand. The staff were helpful and friendly. The spa facilities were enjoyable and luxurious. The buffet breakfast was lavish and offered a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. The beds were of excellent quality.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the facilities were absolutely stunning, with marble everywhere you turn. I particularly enjoyed the spa, especially the whirlpool. the hotel was always clean and pleasant, adding to the overall luxurious experience. the location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options. I also appreciated the complimentary water and fresh fruit in the room, as well as the daily water service in the lobby/bar area.

While my overall experience was fantastic, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. the restaurant could have more flavorful options.

The hotel is conveniently located in an area rich in very high-quality marble, close to the city centre. It is within easy walking distance of the town, where several good restaurants can be found. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a modern design. The bathrooms are luxurious, featuring marble and offering amenities such as large tubs and powerful showers. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a great variety of options, including freshly made pancakes and mushrooms. The hotel also has a pool where guests can relax and a spa that offers fantastic treatments.

One minor inconvenience is that the hotel requires guests to go downstairs to the spa to get and return pool towels. It would be more convenient if the towels were available by the pool.

Enjoyed Easter at a luxurious hotel with great facilities such as an indoor and outdoor pool and a spa. the breakfast was varied with delicious options, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Plus, the hotel is perfectly located close to historic landmarks and attractions.

The prices at the hotel restaurant were a bit steep.

Nothing everything was great.

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly pampered. This hotel offers exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and sun terrace were exceptional, offering stunning views whilst I lounged in comfort. the spa centre was a highlight, with professional and attentive staff offering an array of treatments. Dining at the restaurant was a culinary delight, with delicious food and excellent service that left me feeling incredibly satisfied.

Some of the bathroom knobs and fittings were a little difficult to operate, but this was merely a small issue in an otherwise faultless stay.
