Beautifully maintained pools and gardens enhance relaxation.

I was disappointed with the dining experience—breakfast and dinner lacked the flavor that I've come to expect from Greek cuisine. The limited menu options felt uninviting, and the main courses were simply overcooked. Additionally, the restaurant was largely empty, which only added to the melancholy ambiance of dining in such a beautiful place.

I faced several frustrating issues during my visit. The spa area was really disappointing and did not live up to the hotel’s overall luxury promise. they mentioned plans for renovation, but that doesn't help the current experience. Additionally, the lobby area felt outdated and lacked the charm I was hoping for from a five-star establishment. Finally, I noticed minor housekeeping details were overlooked, which shouldn't happen at this level of service.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, truly creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast selection was a feast with many local options, and the pools amidst beautiful gardens were simply spectacular! !

Disorganization in restaurant service led to incorrect meal orders and inattentiveness. Spa facilities were limited, lacking necessary amenities like changing rooms, which didn’t meet my expectations for such a luxurious stay.

The facility is placed in the middle of an olive grove, making it easy to explore the nearby historical sites. The breakfast provided good local options. I enjoyed relaxing by the pool with refreshing drinks. One day, I spent time at the Karam Spa and felt the treatments helped me unwind, though I noticed the spa area could use some updates soon. I appreciated the lovely ambiance around the property. My partner and I had a memorable time together.

Staying here was an absolute delight! The stunning grounds and impeccable service truly exceeded my expectations. I loved the fantastic breakfast spread and the wonderful hospitality offered by the staff. The spa treatments and the clean, comfortable room made our experience wonderfully relaxing. I can't wait to return!

this place is super amazin! the grounds are sooooo pretty, and the staff are like really friendly. the breakfast has everything u can think of, fresh juices, fruits, and yummy pastries. i loved chillin by the pool, it felt like a vacation paradise. the location is perfect for checkin out mystras and sparta, totally easy to explore!

the pillows were kinda weird and not comfy for me, and the shower could use some descaling for sure.

the property is beautifully designed with thoughtful landscaping and cute cottages. the service can feel too casual at times.

i also nearly injured myself trying to shower in those ridiculous bathtubs. with all that, i expected at least a complimentary upgrade or something for the inconveniences. almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

this place is absolutely amazin! the views from the balcony are jaw-droppin, especially with the mountains and the olive gardens all around. the breaksfast was like a big feast, loved all the local stuff. the pools are super nice, felt like paradise chillin there. everyone was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed.

The rooms are stunning, like you’re in a palace! Chilled on the balcony, sippin’ fresh juice while soaking in the mountain view. Brekkie was a total feast—like a dik brekkie, man, I couldn't finish everything! Chommie at reception was super helpful too. Also, got a nice massage, so lekker!

We just loved hanging by the pool, it really felt like our own private paradise! The staff were awesome, super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delish with a lot of options. Just wished the automatic door issue was sorted faster, it was a bit annoying at first. Still had an amazing stay overall!
