Had a fantastic time at this beautiful and affordable resort during our Xmas getaway. the two swimming pools, including one for kids, were a hit and the well-kept gardens added to the ambiance. the buffet breakfast was extensive and delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes. the comfortable rooms, complete with a coffee machine and luxurious toiletries, made our stay even more enjoyable. the friendly and knowledgeable staff, along with the excellent sommelier, made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

Although the resort was lovely, the breakfast options were disappointing in terms of both choice and quality. the lack of information about the historical site and the distance from the monasteries and churches in Mystras were minor drawbacks.

Mystras Grand Palace Resort & Spa provided a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The beautiful green surroundings and warm hospitality of the people made me feel instantly at ease. The excellent food and luxurious room exceeded my expectations. The location, nestled at the base of the Taygetus Mountains, allowed for easy exploration of nearby attractions like Mistras. The amenities, such as the two swimming pools and tennis courts, added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The knowledgeable sommelier and friendly staff made me feel welcome and taken care of.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel nestled at the base of the Taygetus Mountains. The location was perfect, just between the surrounding villages and the town of Sparti. The hotel facilities were outstanding, with beautiful gardens filled with old established magnificent olive trees and gorgeous well-designed traditional self-standing structures for accommodation. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of hot food, fruits, breads, marmalades.

All was good.

The resort is a hidden gem, with comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. Our room had a large balcony with amazing views of the mountains. the grounds are perfect for outdoor activities and relaxation, with two pools and tennis courts. the restaurant served excellent breakfasts and dinners, and the staff were professional and friendly. It's also a great base for day trips and offers a good spot to relax and unwind.

The service was not up to a 5-star standard. We had issues with the lights in our room and had to repeatedly ask for sunbed mattresses.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The rooms have wooden floors and comfortable furniture, making it feel like home. The bathroom is luxurious with all necessary amenities. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and has two swimming pools, tennis courts, and a good restaurant. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The location in the beautiful olive grove provided a serene and stunning backdrop. The apartment we stayed in was top class with immaculate cleanliness. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep, and the nespresso machine was a nice touch. The friendly and professional staff made us feel pampered throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the pleasurable swimming pool and the convenient option of room service. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic and relaxing vacation.

We got great value for our money at Grand Palace Resort & Spa. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful bathroom. The location was perfect, nestled between Sparti and the Mystras archeological site. The staff treated us like royalty, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The morning meal could have been improved with a better selection of fresh bread and local produce.

The resort had a beautiful setting with a nice garden and plenty of plants. the architecture was also impressive and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. the big pool was a great feature, even though it was a bit chilly in September. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

On the downside, the breakfast provided at the resort was disappointing. the choice and quality of food were poor, and on one morning, the staff was preoccupied with an owner's funeral, causing basic service to be lacking.

Mystras Grand Palace was a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens, excellent staff, and extensive breakfast options. The rooms were comfortable and equipped with Molton Brown toiletries.
