We were amazed by the stunning views from our room overlooking the water and the beautiful Bourzi Castle. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The housekeeping staff took great care of our needs, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay. we had a wonderful time at the Nafplia Palace Hotel, and I would highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was super helpful and polite, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The location was perfect, with an elevator that conveniently took us to the center of the city. Our villa had a private pool with breathtaking views and there was also an infinity pool exclusively for villa guests, complete with hydromassage and a self-control pool panel. The cleanliness of the room and the overall design were top-notch. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had a nice surprise with the shower jets. The breakfast offered a nice variety and high quality.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with convenient access to the old town area and stunning views all over the gulf. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with daily housekeeping and refreshing bed sheets. The bathrooms are good, with fresh towels provided daily and toiletries available. The breakfast is enjoyable, offering a variety of hot and cold food options, freshly baked bread, cereals, and fruit. The staff are friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay.

There is a tunnel to cross to reach the hotel that can be unsafe, especially late at night.

The view from the room was breathtaking, the room was clean and well-appointed with comfortable beds. The location was convenient with easy access to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. One of the best things was the infinity pool which was large and provided spectacular views of the sea.

The breakfast was not good - the options were limited and the food was not very tasty. The staff was not attentive and seemed disinterested in helping us.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were truly impressed by the luxurious amenities and outstanding service offered. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking views of the sea. The restaurant served a delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snacks, while the bar/lounge area offered a wide selection of cocktails and beverages.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was the weak WiFi signal in our room. However, this was easily resolved by accessing the stronger connection in the outdoor dining area.
