The pool area was fantastic, the bar and breakfast servings were also great. The staff went over and above to ensure our comfort and every need was met. The location was amazing with outstanding views. Being able to relax outside with a glass of wine was a trip highlight.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, fulfilled all of our leisurely needs. The staff was outstanding and pampered us with full body massages and beauty treatments. The location was perfect, providing easy beach access and stunning views.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the restaurant was closed during our stay, but the snack bar and special diet menus were still available. our experience at this hotel surpassed our expectations and we would definitely come back to indulge in the luxurious amenities once again.

Being in Mykonos during Christmas was amazing! The beautiful property, nestled in the hills, provided stunning views of the island. The pool area was exquisite; we loved sitting by the cozy fireplace, sipping on cocktails. The staff did their utmost to make us feel at home. They were friendly and helpful, always ready with recommendations for activities. The breakfast spread was fresh and delicious, perfect to start the day. We appreciated that the hotel was located near the island's main attractions, making it easy to explore.

Regrettably, despite the wonderful service, the hotel was not at its best. The property was still undergoing construction work, so some areas were off-limits - it was not the luxurious experience we had hoped for.

The view from Once In Mykonos was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Ornos bay. The customer service was top-notch, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. Even though the hotel was still under construction, the staff made sure that our dip pool was cleaned daily. Once the hotel is fully completed, it will surely be a luxurious 5-star experience. For the price, the room size was a bit small and the bathroom storage placement could have been better, but the staff and pool more than made up for it. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Mykonos.

The staff were amazing and personal, great hospitality, fantastic views, clean and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast.
