The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the city center and easily accessible by Uber or hotel chauffeur. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about places to visit and even arranging transportation. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as a kitchen, lounge, and comfortable beds. The breakfast offered at the hotel was tasty and satisfying.

Some of the pillows in the rooms had visible marks on them, indicating a need for an upgrade.

Had a great Christmas stay here! The gardens were so peaceful and beautiful, and it was easy to access everything from the hotel's central location. I loved how the staff cooked my breakfast to order with fresh bread and fruit. The room was spacious and had a lot of amenities, and the shower was huge. Plus, the hotel had a really good conference room that was perfect for my needs.

There were a couple of downsides to my stay, though. The hotel didn't have any beer available when I arrived late at night, which was a bummer.
