I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location on the hillside offered breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The staff were exceptional and always available to assist with any requests. The room amenities were top-notch, with an in-room safe, balcony, and sitting area. The restaurant served delicious food, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite. the staff spoke excellent English and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful week at Palatia Village! The hosts, George and Maria, were so friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The gardens around the apartments were stunning, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax. The pool bar served delicious cocktails and food. The location was great, a peaceful 10-minute walk from the main area of Hersonissos. I highly recommend this hotel!

It is situated in a peaceful setting, away from the bustling town area, but still within walking distance to both the lively center and the charming mountain villages. The rooms are comfortable and offer beautiful views of either the surrounding hills or the bay of Hersonissos. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The pool area is well-maintained, offering a refreshing spot to relax.

Some minor maintenance issues were reported, such as broken shower head connection and non-functional TV and hairdryer.
