Animation team engaged both Russian and French speakers. Mini bar restocked with soft drinks, beer, and wine. Ample parasols and loungers at the beach. Cleaning staff exceeded expectations. Reception lacked customer service, while cleaning lady offered remarkable service.

I had a fantastic time at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to nearby sites. The room was comfortable and clean, with amenities like air conditioning and a refrigerator. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and fitness studio. There were also plenty of options for dining, with a restaurant, snack bar, and beach bar. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

There was some noise from other guests around my room, which made it hard to sleep at times. the bed was not very comfortable and could have used a little more support.

The hotel had a great location right on the beach, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The rooms were well-organized and clean, ensuring a pleasant stay. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and taken care of.

There was a lack of sound insulation in the rooms, which made it difficult to have a quiet and peaceful environment. The noise from other guests, as well as the cleaning personnel, was quite bothersome.
