We stayed at Pavo Hotel in Heraklion for one night before catching a Ferry to Santorini. The hotel was convenient to reach from the airport and had easy access to the port. The room was beautifully decorated with local artwork and had excellent kitchen facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was calm and ideal for exploring the city center.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The entire place was spotlessly clean, providing a pleasant atmosphere. The facilities were modern and well-maintained. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the city center and a beautiful public beach. The staff members were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

One of the best places we've stayed at. Close to the airport with 24-hour access. Spacious apartment with beautiful decor and two fabulous showers. Quiet rooms with big, comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near the sea shore and a plaza with a large restaurant. Excellent value for money.

For the price we paid, we got amazing value at Pavo Art. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had two fabulous showers. The location was convenient, close to the airport and within walking distance to the city square. The staff treated us with utmost kindness and provided helpful information about the city.

The breakfast option could have been better with more variety.

The hotel was beautifully decorated with local art and had a modern and chic design. the bed was comfortable and the room had a stylish bathroom with a great shower system. the early check-in option was a big plus for our convenience.

The surrounding neighborhood was not as nice as the hotel itself. It was just a one-night stay for us before catching a flight, so it didn't bother us too much.

The hotel had a great location, close to the city center and with a scenic view of the ocean. the room was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchenette. - the staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any queries or requests.

The lack of cleaning service during our two-night stay was a bit inconvenient. There was no staff available to greet us upon arrival.
