From the ambience, the food, customer service, and location, this hotel was perfect. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location, a retreat outside of the city, was both peaceful and convenient. It was a tad bit off the beaten path, but still easily accessible for transportation to the UN agencies as well as Westlands.

I had the most wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Located in a lovely neighborhood, it's the perfect escape from the busy hustle of the city. The hotel provided exceptional service, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff even offered grocery shopping service, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my stay. The room amenities were also top-notch, with ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also had a stunning garden with garden furniture, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Lovely patio overlooking garden, spacious bathroom with separate tub/shower, most comfortable bed. Delicious lunch and dinner, ordered mezze platter, shakshuka, chicken skewers, falafel. Incredible hosts, caring and gracious. Hidden gem, will definitely return. Wonderful stay.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at a hotel located in the leafy area of Nairobi. the gardens were absolutely stunning, with a range of local herbs and plants. the staff in the restaurant were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive, explaining to us in detail the Lebanese cuisine which was absolutely delicious. the beds were so comfortable we almost overslept every morning. the deluxe room had a beautiful patio which offered a fantastic view of the surroundings.

we had a small problem with the water pressure in the shower. Although this was not a major inconvenience, it did affect our overall experience at the hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming B&B that offered a peaceful environment, perfect for families or couples. The delicious fusion cuisine at the on-site restaurant was a highlight, and the owners added a personal touch by sharing their fascinating travel stories.
