When a general strike disrupted our travel plans, Hilda not only helped us change our ferry tickets but also provided us with a friend's taxi number and packed us a lunch. Her care and attention made all the difference. The hotel itself was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located on the island. I would definitely stay here again. highly recommended in every possible way.
