The hotel had a serious fly problem in the Olive Garden Restaurant, which made dining there unpleasant and forced guests to eat out instead.

Had a great time at this hotel during Christmas. The rooms were clean and well-kept with towels and sheets regularly changed. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choices to cater for every taste. The hotel is located in a very central area, with easy access to shops and restaurants, and close to tourist attractions.

The pool area was always crowded, making it difficult to find a seat. Another aspect that was annoying was the noise levels in the evenings, when parties and events were being held in the hotel, which made it hard to sleep.
