I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, close to everything in Deansgate and not far from the city centre. It was also somewhere near the music venue I was attending, making it convenient. The room was comfortable and well presented, with all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. it was a great place to stay.

There were some issues with the curtains in the room, as they kept falling down.

Friendly atmosphere and delicious food

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food - the Chicken, Ham & Leek Pie was absolutely delicious, and the desserts, particularly the Chocolate Brownie and Strawberry Mess, were memorable. I had a great experience at this pub and would definitely recommend it.

The location in Castlefield is fantastic, with plenty of nearby attractions and easy access to tram, pubs, and clubs. The staff is friendly, and it's convenient that you can access the rooms without having to go through the pub. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities like mirrors, sockets, and a nice bathroom. The breakfast is also great, providing a good start to the day.

There were some issues with the room, like a strong drain smell in the bathroom and an awkward layout with limited space.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable - as close to the city center as you can get without breaking the bank. It's conveniently situated near Deansgate train station and the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The basic amenities in the rooms are satisfactory, with comfortable beds and a good breakfast included. For those with dietary restrictions, the hotel even offers vegan options at a reasonable price.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs, including making changes to the breakfast options. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and a short distance from the train station. the room was cozy and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay.

There were a couple of downsides to our experience. It would have been nicer to see a more well-maintained environment.

The breakfast timings were not as advertised, causing inconvenience for guests. There was a concerning incident in the early morning where someone tried to break into the hotel.

Had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast menu was fantastic, offering delicious vegetarian options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shops and restaurants only a few minutes away by foot. The room was clean and well-equipped, providing us with a lovely hot shower and comfortable bedding. We also enjoyed the cozy family atmosphere and the affordable prices.

The rooms were a bit outdated and lacking in soundproofing, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep at times. The noise from other guests and outside traffic was quite disruptive.

During our new year stay, we found the room and bathroom to be clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good customer service. the hotel's location made it convenient to access and explore the city easily.

the mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. we were surprised to find that there were no toiletries provided in the shower, which we felt should have been a standard amenity.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel during storm Ciara. The staff, particularly Toby, took great care of us and provided excellent service. The room was clean and great value for money. The hotel was close to the city centre and easily accessible from the deansgate tram. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast that we paid extra for.
