porto veneziano exceeded my expectations in every way. superb breakfast, excellent staff, and a beautiful view. the location was perfect and the hotel really made us feel special. highly recommend!

amazing stay in chania, exceeded expectations. perfect location on venetian harbour, stunning views. comfy beds, friendly staff, and lovely touches for our anniversary. we'll be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location at the quiet end of the old Venetian harbor in Chania was perfect. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful room and spacious bathroom. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We also loved the surprise upgrade to a suite at no extra cost. Plus, being right in the midst of restaurants on the harbor walkway was a major bonus.

The hotel is located in a charming area with stunning views of the harbor. We could easily walk to all the nearby restaurants and attractions. The rooms were comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and balconies that overlooked the port area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The hotel even provided free bikes for guests to use, which was a great way to explore the smaller villages along the seaside.

As those taking off early, we loved the wonderful location with its beautiful harbour views. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There were many good restaurants nearby, and the breakfast menu offered a great variety of options for everyone. The bar staff were also friendly and efficient.

I got great value for my money at Porto Veneziano. The room was comfortable, modern, and very clean, with a lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. The location was perfect, in a quieter part of the port but still within walking distance to the center of town and a good beach. a wonderful stay.

The only thing that could be improved about the breakfast option was the selection of pastries.

The rooms offer fantastic views over the harbour, and waking up to such a sight is simply amazing. The staff here are also extremely friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Not to mention, the breakfast offers a large choice of options, from fresh orange juice to delicious Greek specialties.

This hotel is amazing! The location is unbeatable as it's right on the waterfront in the old town with a perfect view of the harbour. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and comfortable with fresh towels provided. The breakfast is also a highlight with a variety of options including delicious Greek and Cretan specialties served outside.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the old port with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best things about this hotel was the delicious and plentiful breakfast offered. We also enjoyed the fact that they had a selection of craft beers available at the bar, and the bartender was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about them.

The rooms were quite small and the walls were too thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, including some rather unpleasant noises during the night. the internet access was also a disappointment, as it was basically non-working and unreliable for anything other than basic messaging.

Fantastic breakfast with great views, helpful and friendly staff, exceptionally clean, daily room cleaning with fresh towels, large comfortable bed and powerful shower, cater for vegans and vegetarians.

We loved the hotel's location on the very attractive waterfront. It was right on the harbor front and provided stunning views of the sea. The hotel was conveniently situated in the old Venetian harbour, allowing us easy access to the charming old town with just a short walk of 5-10 minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Additionally, the hotel offered parking facilities, which was a great convenience for us.

Had a decent stay with some good surprises. Staff was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast buffet was delish! And they made sure vegetarian options were available. the location was perfect - walking distance to everything, like the historical sites and public transport. they had an amazing view from the room balcony.

The stay was during Christmas and there was no spirit of it whatsoever. No decorations or activities, not even some music, made for a bit of a dull atmosphere.
