The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the beautiful Blanco river where you can enjoy stunning views and go for a swim. The hotel also provides easy access to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. Moreover, there are facilities available by the lake where you can start fires and have a cozy evening.

The condition of the old units at the hotel seems to be in a poor state, with some cabins smelling like mold and having low ceilings.

I had the most amazing time at a hidden gem in the heart of nature. The location was mesmerizing, with a breathtaking, secluded river just steps away. The crystal clear water and rope swing brought out my inner child and made for unforgettable memories. And if the river wasn't enough, there was a pool on site with a separate area for children, complete with fountains. The cabins were charming and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen, spacious seating area, and comfortable beds. The large front porches with seating, fire pit, and grill were a delightful bonus. Exploring Pioneer town, right behind the cabins, added to the fun and there was never a dull moment with the arcade and ice cream shop. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for a true oasis getaway.

Had a great Xmas break. Loved the complementary snacks and hot cocoa in the room. the river views were stunning and we enjoyed our walks along the riverside. the hotel's location was perfect and close to all shops and restaurants. the room was cozy and comfortable with a great king bed.

Some of the cabins smelled dusty and damp, so we had to move to a newer cabin. the pool was not cleaned regularly, and we saw some trash around the pool area.

The value for the money was excellent, with a quaint and clean cabin that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to dining, activities, and scenic spots, yet it had a remote and peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a charming ranch in a beautiful location. The new units that were built after a flood were impressive and added to the overall appeal of the property. The front desk staff were very accommodating and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

One downside of my stay was the condition of the classic river cabin I was initially placed in. Cabin #15 had a strong smell of mold and the porch was so dirty that I couldn't use it.

We had a fantastic stay at this ranch. The location by the beautiful Blanco river was amazing, and it was also close to the main downtown area where all the restaurants are. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved the fact that there were facilities like an arcade in the main office and a kitchenette with a good-sized fridge. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's proximity to the lake made it even better.
