The hotel is close enough to walk to the center of the old town, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the local restaurants. The rooms are well kept and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel are brilliant, offering great service and attention to detail.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - away from the noise of the city center, but still within walking distance to the charming Old Town with its amazing tavernas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed spending time by the pool and indulging in the delicious food and cocktails at the snack bar. a great experience!

The food at the hotel restaurant was average and the drink prices were on the higher side.

we had a really great stay at a hotel in Malia. The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was good, just a short walk from the center and the beach. The hotel itself was modern and clean with a nice pool area and bar. Despite being a big hotel, it still provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We highly recommend it to others looking for good value accommodation in the area.

The hotel had a lovely pool area with hammocks, perfect for relaxing. The gardens were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing a bottle opener upon request. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was attentive. The location of the hotel was ideal, being close enough to walk to town but away from the noise.

The self-catering facilities in the room were basic and could use an update. The breakfast at the taverna was hit or miss, with one meal being subpar and another being much better.

We stayed at Real Palace for two nights and were extremely satisfied. The hotel is budget-friendly and well-maintained, providing excellent value for money. The peaceful location on the outskirts of town allowed for a quiet experience, yet the center and beach were easily reachable within a short walk. The surrounding neighborhood offered pleasant walks through banana plantations and olive groves. The pool was a great addition, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants and shops.
