The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have a pleasant experience. the hotel offers various facilities such as a gym, ping pong, and three pools, catering to different interests and providing entertainment options.

The double beds in the rooms are actually two twin beds pushed together, which may separate when moving closer to the center. The pillows are also on the harder side, which may not suit everyone's preference.

During our stay at Rethymno Palace, my partner and I were delighted with the beautiful location just steps away from the beach. The resort offered so much to do, from relaxing in the pool to enjoying live entertainment. The staff were amazing, always friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we even received a complimentary bottle of wine and a free spa treatment. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Stayed over New Year at a hotel in Crete. Good that it was close to the airport and had a nice fitness center. Buffet breakfast and dinner with a wide range of options was quite satisfying.

The room had an outdated design and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. the staff was unfriendly and not helpful when we had questions.

Luxurious amenities and attentive service make for a memorable stay. the spa, sauna, and indoor pool were of the highest quality, and the seasonal outdoor pool provided beautiful views. Beach access was convenient, as was the live entertainment. Our facial and Manicure services were exceptional. Outdoor dining and a poolside snack bar made for a pleasant dining experience.

The Turkish bath is relatively small.
