The family who owns and operates the hotel were extremely welcoming and helpful, offering assistance with taxi bookings and excursion arrangements. The traditional Junior Suite we stayed in was spacious and beautifully designed, with a comfortable king-size bed and a stunning bathroom. We especially enjoyed our own private hot tub, which we used often. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was a short 10-minute walk to the town center of Fira, making it quiet yet convenient. this hotel provided excellent value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Kostas, one of the hosts, was very helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had, like a problem with our balcony door. We also appreciated the coffee provided in the morning, even though it came at an additional cost. The showers were clean and had warm water, which was nice. The resort had a small balcony and a swimming pool, although the pool was quite chilly and had limited opening hours.
