I was amazed by the stunning view from my Ambassador villa at Royal Heights Resort. The private pool added to the luxury and relaxation. The staff, especially Kiki in the kitchen, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The resort has a playground where my kids had a great time with Marita. I would definitely recommend this resort for a perfect holiday. I had a fantastic experience at Royal Heights Resort Villas & Spa.

The location was too secluded and the staff was not very attentive.

We stayed in a villa on top of a hill, away from the tourist-like areas. The location provided a beautiful view overlooking the town of Malia. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the view from the main pool was stunning. The hotel also had great facilities such as a gym and a play area for kids.

One negative aspect was the limited half board menu, which became repetitive after a week.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, it truly exceeded our expectations. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, starting with the luxurious Spa & wellness centre that provided a wide range of treatments, including massages and beauty treatments. the Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, along with the Jacuzzi and the sun loungers on the sun terrace, were the perfect spots to relax and enjoy the magical view of the sea and the garden area.

Although everything was perfect, there was just one minor issue. the room service was a bit slow, we had to wait longer than expected for our meals.

Great facilities and location, offering beautiful views from the hillside. Helpful staff, especially Anneleise at reception. Fantastic breakfast. Villa rental with private pool was spacious and convenient with dedicated parking. Delicious food.

I had a fantastic time staying at Royal Heights Resort Villas & Spa. The villas are beautifully appointed and the private pool was a highlight of my stay. The grounds are meticulously maintained, and the view from the swimming pool overlooking Malia is breathtaking. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation experience.
