We had a fantastic stay at this three-star mountain hotel. Super clean and with excellent facilities. The location is perfect, surrounded by stunning snow-covered peaks and charming villages. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to nearby St. Luc via the local post bus service. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast served here was top-notch and satisfying, providing a great start to our days.

Everything is what i need and want.

I recently stayed at the Swiss Riders Lodge in Grimentz for a hiking trip. Our room was spacious with a balcony, perfect for washing and drying our hiking clothes. The bath in the room was a luxurious treat after days of sweaty walking. The hotel staff were charming and attentive, and the premises were immaculate. The breakfast had plenty of choice and even offered proper brewed coffee. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the cable car and the town. a fantastic stay!

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in the beautiful Swiss Alps. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well presented, with comfortable beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. We were lucky to have a room with a fantastic view over the mountains, and it even had a nice balcony to relax on.

We just had the most wonderful time on our romantic trip! The hotel was small and cozy, with charmingly clean rooms. The mountain views from our room were breathtaking. The hotel's location is a key advantage, being close to the skiing lifts as well as the town center. We especially enjoyed the attentive and friendly staff, who made our stay all the more special. The half board option was great value for money, and the food was delicious.

One minor downside was the temperature and ventilation of the room, which made it a bit difficult to sleep comfortably at times. the breakfast was a bit basic, and the service wasn't the friendliest we've experienced.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristal - Swiss Riders Lodge. The location is perfect, with easy access to the ski lift and other amenities in the town. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a variety of choices, and the coffee was delicious. Our family suite was comfortable and spacious, with two bathrooms. We also appreciated the included parking and ski depot. The surrounding town and mountain views were stunning.

The rooms could get warm in the heat, and it was a bit challenging to ventilate them. It would have been nice to have fans available in the rooms.
