The value for money at Santorini Mansion was excellent. We had our own apartment with a private terrace and amazing views of the Caldera. The staff, especially Kostas and Lea, were incredibly friendly and hospitable, and they even provided us with a cell phone to reach them anytime.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was if there were more options available. Perhaps a wider breakfast selection would have been nice.

We were a family of four staying at Santorini Mansion for a few days. The split-level apartment we had was spacious and well-equipped, with a hot tub and a private terrace. The views from the terrace were absolutely incredible, with stunning caldera views that surpassed those of Fira and Oia. The staff, especially Kostas and Lea, were so friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was also convenient, with car rental agencies, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Santorini Mansion.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the cliff and the bus stop. Inside the room, there is a hot spring for relaxation. We also enjoyed the outside coaches which offered a stunning view of the sea.

They arranged for pick-up and drop-off at the port, and even went above and beyond by helping us with transportation to a restaurant when taxis were scarce. The villa was well stocked with breakfast items and the cleaning staff did an excellent job. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and transportation options were all top-notch.

The host, Kostas, provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The location in Imerovigli was ideal, with easy access to Thira but away from the tourist crowds. highly recommended!

They arranged for pick-up from both the port and the airport and even dropped us off at the airport on the day of departure. The cleanliness of the hotel was spotless, and the facilities, including the Jacuzzi, were well-maintained. The breakfast provided every day was delicious, and we also received complimentary fresh food and a welcome bottle of wine. the hotel offered great value for money and made our stay in this city unforgettable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They provided us with a map and gave us great recommendations on places to visit and how to get around the island. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, with a private outdoor patio area to enjoy it. Additionally, the jacuzzi in our room was amazing, providing a relaxing and romantic experience.

One downside was that there wasn't someone available on site 24 hours, which could be inconvenient if any issues arose. Additionally, our room lacked a bit of privacy as people walking by on the road could see into it.
