I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is close to everything and near restaurants and shopping. The location to the San Juan islands is convenient, and I loved being close to the waterfront. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was perfect, close to everything from the historic downtown to Orcas Island. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with a functional kitchenette that had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and provided great service, and the basic amenities were excellent. I especially loved the full kitchen in my room, as well as the included breakfast which was served with great care.

The only downside was that the mattresses could use some updating.

We enjoyed our stay here despite some small issues. The breakfast was a bit late for us, but we think it would be better if it started a bit earlier. Nevertheless, the service from the managers was very accommodating and impressive. They truly go above and beyond for their guests.

One aspect that may need improvement is the equipment in the kitchenettes, as guests reported old, scratched up pots and pans that were difficult to use.
