I had a phenomenal stay at a hotel in Imerovigli with incredible views of the caldera. the staff was friendly, helpful, and completely committed to ensuring a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, offering unbelievable views while still being in a quiet area. the hotel has a delicious breakfast with an omelette and crepe bar. the restaurant is beautiful and the dinner was unbelievably tasty. the hotel management and staff were professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I would strongly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again.

One negative aspect was that the massage services were not the best I have had, and they were expensive for the quality provided.
