The location was superb, centrally located near Circular Quay, making it convenient for exploring this iconic city. Absolutely everything. From the friendly receptionist to the superb location, our stay at Intercontinental was perfect. The beautiful building offers amazing views, especially from the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with fresh and sweet fruits. The newly renovated room was clean and had great amenities, including a TV screen for easy checkout and room service. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the gym room looked good. We will definitely be back.

The view from our east harbour view room at the Intercontinental was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the lounge area under the window, which allowed us to relax while admiring the stunning scenery. the hotel's location near Circular Quay was perfect for our needs, with easy access to ferry services and motorways. the staff, particularly Eric at reception, were friendly and helpful. the recent refurbishment of the hotel blended contemporary elements with its historical location seamlessly.

Our anniversary celebration at Intercontinental was unforgettable. Club manager Pinar went above and beyond to make it special for us. The attention to detail in Club InterContinental was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. a fantastic stay!

The buffet staff were mind-blowingly friendly and kind, and the bathroom was super with complimentary soaps. The location was jaw-droppingly excellent, just a block away from the Hop On Hop Off Bus and a couple of blocks from the Quay and Opera House. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful and the breakfast, which we paid extra for, was absolutely fantastic with an excellent choice of food at the buffet. The bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the rooms were very pleasant. The porters and car valet service were terrific, definitely 5 stars. The quality of the food in the restaurants and room service was excellent. The hotel also had great amenities including wi-fi, a fitness studio, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a business center. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had a fantastic value for my money at Intercontinental. The room was cozy and intimate, with a super comfortable bed and great customer service from the friendly staff at reception. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ferry terminal.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to public transport and within walking distance to the CBD and major shopping areas. Moreover, the view from my Harbour view room was simply breathtaking, allowing me to admire the famous landmarks such as the opera house and harbour bridge. Another great feature was the access to the roof area, which provided a stunning panoramic view of the city.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location, right next to Circular Quay. the Panorama bar had amazing views of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House, and I enjoyed a cocktail there. the King Room with East Harbour Views was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed. the indoor swimming pool on the 36th floor was a nice bonus. the buffet breakfast had plenty of options and excellent barista-made coffee. the service from Zafir the Concierge was outstanding, ensuring we could have a restaurant takeaway delivered to our room. All of this came at exceptional value due to the lack of international tourists.

We had a fabulous stay at Intercontinental in Sydney! It was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a lovely bottle of bubbly in our Opera House room. The view of the Opera House and the bridge from the high floor was breathtaking. We enjoyed sunset drinks at the Panorama Lounge Bar and had the best dinner at the Meat & Wine Co. The staff was excellent and made our anniversary special with a card and delicious cupcakes. Breakfast was also awesome!

We were impressed by the private facilities in our room, as well as the indoor swimming pool and sauna. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered delicious dining options and a great atmosphere.

Although they were tasty and convenient for our day out, we noticed that the portions were a bit small.

The room had stunning views of the harbor, including the cruise terminal. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Indoor pool on the 36th floor offered an amazing view. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff were polite and welcoming, promptly fixing any issues.
