I recently stayed at Santorini'S Balcony for 5 nights with my sister. From the breathtaking views to the charming atmosphere, everything was perfect. The staff, especially Anthony, Demetrius, and Erika, provided genuine hospitality and great advice on local activities. The location outside of major tourist areas was ideal, and the food served on the terrace was delicious. The personalized, home-like atmosphere and amazing breakfast made this hotel feel like a part of my family. I can't wait to visit again and highly recommend this hotel.

The views during the sunset were breathtaking and the friendly staff was a plus. the location was also very convenient as it was close to some of the main attractions on the island. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options and it was satisfying.

The pool is stunning, with plenty of sunbeds to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the hotel overlooks the Caldera, providing breathtaking views of the sunset.

The location of the hotel poses a challenge for those who are unable to walk 15 minutes up a steep and roughish path to Imerovigli village where the local restaurants are situated.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious and exclusive experience. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and the Jacuzzi in the room were perfect for relaxation. the location was ideal, providing a breathtaking view of the island including the caldera, Oia, and Fira. the service was outstanding, accommodating all our needs including dining preferences. the room advantages were exceptional with exclusive amenities like make-up services and full body massages.

the sun terrace occasionally had inadequate sun loungers, although the staff quickly resolved the problem.
