The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. the location was amazing, right in the heart of a beautiful town, with stunning views all around. the pool was a great place to relax and cool off, and our room had a lovely bathroom and comfortable bed.

The room was not up to standard, with uncomfortable and dirty floors. the single bed provided was terribly hard and not made each night.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the main shopping street, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are beautiful and clean, providing stunning views of the caldera and Aegean Sea. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi are great facilities to relax and enjoy the view.

The hotel's policy of proceeding to full payment before arrival can be inconvenient for some guests.

The view from our room at Santorini Secret Premium was absolutely breathtaking. We had a private balcony with a bubbling jacuzzi overlooking the caldera and Aegean Sea. Every day, we enjoyed sitting in the jacuzzi during sunset, feeling like we were in a dream. The Infiniti pool in the common area was also spectacular. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was right on the main shopping street with lively restaurants and shops just steps away. The entire staff at the hotel was incredibly attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Santorini Secret Premium for a truly luxurious experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this place. The hotel's location near everything in Oia was perfect for us. We were delighted to find that we could easily access the main shopping street, with lively restaurants and shops just a few steps from the front door. The staff here provided exceptional service, making us feel right at home and pampering us from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable beds to the well-stocked mini-bar. We also took full advantage of the spa and wellness center, enjoying relaxing massages and lounging by the outdoor swimming pool. we highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and excellent service.
