Clean, organized guest rooms. Good breakfast and enjoyable pool area. Hotel located at the quiet end of the city. Limited connection to downtown attractions. Nice staff, with good wifi. Location near the beach, but sunbeds are paid. Parking slots available. Great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff made us feel at home. Good amenities nearby. Sunbeds available on the beach.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Island of Crete. It was close to the bars and attractions in downtown, making it easy for us to enjoy the lively atmosphere and experience the local culture. The hotel had clean facilities and friendly staff. The New Year's Eve dinner and party were well organized and enjoyable. The location was great, close to the beach and a short walk to restaurants.

The room was small and the bathroom was not well designed. The breakfast options were limited and not very tasty.

The staff was incredibly helpful, attentive, and spoke multiple languages. They fulfilled all of my requests quickly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and were constantly introducing new dishes. The Wi-Fi was fast and had good coverage throughout the hotel. The location was great, although not close to the city center, it was easy to get there by taking a cheap taxi. The beach was nearby, although sunbeds were not included.
