I had such a great value for my money at Serenissima Boutique. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better, just a short walk from the port. The staff treated me like royalty, answering all my questions and even helping me plan last-minute excursions. They went above and beyond to make my stay special.

We had an amazing time staying at Serenissima Boutique Hotel in Chania. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the charming old town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was beautifully decorated and always kept clean. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of Cretan delicacies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this gem of a hotel.

Street parking was a little chaotic and limited, but manageable. due to the central location, it can be quite noisy at night, as sounds from outside tend to echo through the narrow streets.

The sun terrace was a little crowded, and finding a comfortable lounge chair could be challenging at times. this was just a minor issue that was quickly resolved.
