The staff were exceptional, always putting us first and helping us book trips and taxis. The hotel had amazing views and a delicious breakfast. It was located in a nice local area, away from the hustle and bustle.

We had an unforgettable stay at Skyfall Suites! The receptionist, Helen, welcomed us with a drink and provided excellent recommendations for our stay. The suite was stunning, with a hot tub and breathtaking views. The breakfast served on our balcony was delicious. The housekeeping team kept our suite spotless and even left us cake daily. The farm-to-table food in the restaurant was outstanding. we had a beautiful, relaxing experience at this boutique hotel. I highly recommend it!

During my xmas vacation, the hotel staff was delightful and always willing to help. We were thrilled to receive complimentary champagne and chocolates in our suite upon arrival. the hotel's location was perfect for those looking for a quieter stay. Though the hotel was not located near the caldera, the sunrise view was amazing. Lastly, we enjoyed the easy access to all the local attractions.

The room prices in this hotel were a bit too high in comparison to other hotels on the island. Although the hotel's location was great, having a car was a must.

Although our stay at this hotel was amazing, we experienced a minor issue during checkout. Despite being given an early time for checkout, we were rushed and received multiple calls before the actual time to leave the suite.

We also loved the fact that the hotel was right next to a restaurant, making it convenient for meals. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and served with a personal touch. The view from the hotel was simply breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the sea and vineyards.

The lack of total privacy, as the staff occasionally walked near the open terrace.

One minor downside is that the fridge provided in the room is quite small, making it difficult to fit additional drinks purchased from local shops.
