I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my every need. They were always friendly and energetic, ready to assist me with anything I needed. The facilities were exceptionally clean and tidy, and the pool was absolutely amazing. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a truly restful night's sleep. The Solimar Ruby Royal rooms were spacious and well-appointed, offering a level of comfort that exceeded my expectations. The food at this hotel was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options available throughout the day. The chef, Babis, was not only a talented cook but also a polite and smiley person, creating a wonderful dining experience.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this hotel! the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel special and attended to. We really enjoyed the comfortable and cozy rooms, which were clean and well-maintained. the pool area was a lovely spot to relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the hotel was situated in a great location, just a short walk away from the beach and the town center.

That the food was a bit hit or miss, with some meals being delicious while others were mediocre. the noise level from nearby clubs at night could be a bit disruptive at times.

Had a fantastic holiday largely thanks to how friendly and accommodating the staff were. They ensured we had connecting rooms as we had kids, and even prepared a snack in our room as we were checking in late. The hotel was well maintained and the pools were great. The food had a good variety of choices each day and was delicious. The staff in the restaurant, bars, reception, and room service were all competent and helpful. I had a great week's holiday at Solimar Ruby in Malia.
